We understand that life as a teenager can be difficult in ways that make you feel alone and without hope. Running away is a dangerous choice and we want nothing more than for you to be safe and to have the tools necessary to help you move forward. Please use the resources below to find help for whatever it is you may be dealing with.

National Runaway Safeline

  • Provides confidential and nonjudgmental support. Each team member has been trained to handle a crisis, provide support and listen to your story. 

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)

  • Provides confidential support if you feel you are in a crisis, whether or not you are thinking about killing yourself. People have called the Lifeline for help with substance abuse, economic worries, relationship and family problems, sexual orientation, illness, getting over abuse, depression, mental and physical illness, and even loneliness.

  • Provides confidential support with the goal of meeting the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused, neglected, and at-risk children and teens.

  • Provides confidential support if you or someone you know needs help.
  • If you feel like you may be in a trafficking situation, please consider how to plan for your safety. If you would like to discuss creating a safety plan, contact the hotline.
